Made with a blend of Pedro Ximenez grapes, sweet and aromatic, aged for 12 years in American Oak Barrels, using the traditional system of Criaderas and Soleras. Samazing Mahogany shade, it colors the food adding an extraordinary aroma, bittersweet flavor, body and density. The wines produced from these grapes don’t need artificial fortification to reach high alcoholic content.
